COVID-19(新型コロナウイルス)に関しまして、政府により全国規模のイベントに対し 中止、延期、規模縮小の対応の要請がある中、小規模イベントに関しては、独自の判 断に任せるという状況下において、小箱と言われるクラブ、ミュージックバーが加盟 するミュージックバー協会(MBA)は、 政府発表、専門的医療機関、各メディア、企 業、商業施設などの対策等を参考にし、刻一刻と日々状況が変化する中にも国内外の 状況を見据え、感染拡大防止策と柔軟な対応を実施することに努めます。
COVID-19(新型コロナウイルス)の早期終息を心から願うDJ、アーティスト、スタッフ と音楽を愛する全ての皆さまのご理解とご協力をお願いします。
【私たちが実施する事】
●お客様用消毒液、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム液などの設置の強化
●スタッフ、DJ、出演者の健康チェック(発熱、嘔吐、体調不良の家族がいないか等)
●店舗の清掃の徹底(除菌、ハイターなどでの店舗のクリーニング)
●不特定多数が触れる箇所の消毒を定期的に行う
●換気が可能な店舗は、指定時間毎の換気に努める
【お客様へのお願い】
●ご来店いただく際、37.5度以上の発熱がある場合、体調がすぐれない方は ご来店をご遠慮ください。
●御入店の際に手指の消毒をお願い致します。
●ご来店後も手洗い・うがい等をこまめに行って頂きます様お願い致します。
●咳エチケット(咳、くしゃみをする際には、ハンカチ等で口や鼻をおさえる)の
ご協力をお願い致します。
【クラスターが発生した場合】
●関係者/社にクラスターが発生した場合、営業停止・自粛を検討します (営業停止・自粛期間につきましては、別途協議の上決定します)
【首都の封鎖=ロックダウン発令時の対応】
●ロックダウンなどにより行政からバー・クラブなどへの営業の停止・禁止命令が発令 された場合、速やかに指示に従います。

MBAとは?(Music Bar Association / ミュージックバー協会) 渋谷を中心としたDJ・ミュージックバー約20店舗が参加する任意団体。 特定遊興法・ 受動喫煙法・近隣対策など、懸案事項を話し合い業界の認知と発展を促す。

【Our statement runs as follows】

In regards to Corvid-19 problems, The Japanese government have established a policy of asking Japanese musical and entertainment industry to cancel , reduce the plan and postpone a big event on a nationwide scale. About a small scale event, under the current circumstances, can be managed it our own judgement by the event organizers and “Music Bar Association (called MBA)” which small night club, music bar and DJ bar joined is trying hard to take Infectious disease control measures steps with our Government’s domestic policy, authentic news, a commercial construction and a medical establishment run by a group of medical specialists.
We “DJ, artists and all the relevant people” wish that we will resolve this Corvid-19 problem quickly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We are always with the music.
Our team mainly implements the following :
・To provide a disinfection method that is simple and exhibits excellent
disinfectant results with sodium hypochlorite.
・The introduction of Health check system (some examples of symptoms are
fever,
vomiting, coughs including their family)
・Having a good cleaning with bacteria effect
・Ventilate a room by opening the windows periodically without basements.
In the case of an emergency (mass infection /a cluster of infections) :
There is a possibility that our business will be suspended or practice self-control will be considered. (About the period of implementation of practice self-control will be separate consultation)
In the case a close blockade of the metropolitan area (under a lockdown) : We will follow our government’s instructions smoothly and quickly.
Requests to our customers (Recommended measures) :
・Please refrain from attending with a fever over 37.5 degrees or you don’t
feel well.
・How about all of you go gargle and wash your hands or hygienic hand
disinfection.
・Please go gargle and wash your hands after going home.
・Please covered your mouth with a handkerchief when you cough, sneeze.

About us :
We “ Music Bar Association” are the private organization of about 20 of those music and DJ Bar centered on Shibuya are affiliated with. We are working on Entertainment Business Law (specific amusement law), the law of passive smoking, communication with neighborhood residents and each member store aims to further develop and acknowledgement the whole our industry.
